直線導軌與滾珠絲桿有什么關(guān)系?

直線導軌和滾珠絲桿區(qū)別很大,雖然同屬直線傳動設(shè)備,但是其工作原理、要求以及使用范圍都不一樣,但兩者的表現(xiàn)在直線傳動方面表現(xiàn)卻都非常出色。滾珠絲杠是工具機械和精密機械上更常使用的傳動元件,是由螺桿、螺母、鋼球、預壓片、反向器、防塵器組成。其主要功能是將旋轉(zhuǎn)運動轉(zhuǎn)換成線性運動,或?qū)⑴ぞ剞D(zhuǎn)換成軸向反復作用力,同時兼具高精度、可逆性和率的特點。

主要用于一些機床大型設(shè)備、雕刻機械等較為普遍,非常方便的把旋轉(zhuǎn)的運動轉(zhuǎn)換成直線運動,用起來非常方便,從而減少整個設(shè)備在旋轉(zhuǎn)方面的磨損大大降低。直線導軌使用非常廣泛但種類很多,方型四排高珠導軌用于一些大型機床設(shè)備,如平面磨床,切片機、線切割等;也因工作條件的不同選用的直線導軌也是不同的,更適于精密測量儀器、半導體制造和檢驗設(shè)備、非標自動化機械設(shè)備以及其他精密直線運動為重要的應用場合等,因不同設(shè)備需要選擇正確的導軌也是關(guān)重要的。

滾珠絲桿的特性:與滑動絲桿副相比驅(qū)動力矩為1/3、高精度的保證、微進給可能、無側(cè)隙、剛性高、高速進給可能。直線導軌的特性:定位精度高、磨耗少能長時間維持精度、使用高速度運動且大幅降低機臺所需驅(qū)動馬力、可同時承受上下左右的負荷、組裝容易并具互換性、潤滑結(jié)構(gòu)簡單。
