梯形絲杠的作用形式有哪些?

梯形絲杠帶螺紋就是絲桿螺紋是梯形螺紋的絲杠,分公英制兩種.梯形絲杠具有傳動效率高,定位準確等特點.而且承載力大,并具有自鎖功能. 梯形螺紋一般用于傳動,往往有較高質量要求。

在車削完畢后較好還要進行熱處理,然后上專用磨床上去磨。還有一個辦法就是銑。有專用的梯形絲杠銑床可以加工。在普通立式數控銑床上,如果配上數控分度頭和專用刀具,用上第四軸控制功能也可以銑出來,同理臥式銑床也可以做。不過銑出來還是得繼續熱處理加磨。不淬火不耐磨,不磨表面質量不高。機床絲杠根據用途及使用要求分為7個等級,即3級,4級,5級,6級,7級,8級,9級,3級精度較高, 依次逐漸減低.8級精度以上絲杠所配螺母精度允許比絲杠低一個精度等級. 3級,4級,5級,6級精度的絲杠檢測螺旋線軸向誤差, 7級,8級,9級精度的絲杠檢測螺距誤差和螺距累積誤差。
