機(jī)床是結(jié)合了展成運(yùn)動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)和分齒運(yùn)動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)的齒輪加工機(jī)床,像是滾齒機(jī)、插齒機(jī)等。對(duì)于這類(lèi)型的機(jī)床而言,影響齒輪齒形誤差的因素通常大部分來(lái)自于刀具的制造刃磨。安裝誤差以及分齒傳動(dòng)鏈的傳動(dòng)誤差中的高次諧波分量,比如分度蝸桿的周期誤差和刀具傳動(dòng)齒輪的齒距誤差。

基節(jié)偏差是指齒輪的實(shí)際基節(jié)和公稱(chēng)基節(jié)的差。眾所周知的,漸開(kāi)線齒輪嚙合的條件是兩齒輪的基節(jié)相等。若相互嚙合的一對(duì)齒輪中的其中一個(gè)齒輪產(chǎn)生了基節(jié)偏差,那么它們的輪齒在嚙合的進(jìn)入或者退出中將產(chǎn)生瞬時(shí)傳動(dòng)比變化,導(dǎo)致沖擊和振動(dòng)的產(chǎn)生。
Base pitch deviation refers to the difference between the actual base pitch and the nominal base pitch of a gear. As is well known, the condition for involute gear meshing is that the base pitch of two gears is equal. If one of the gears in a pair of gears that mesh with each other produces a base pitch deviation, their teeth will undergo an instantaneous change in transmission ratio during the entry or exit of meshing, leading to the generation of shock and vibration.

齒距偏差指的是分度圓上實(shí)際齒距和公稱(chēng)齒距的差,與基節(jié)偏差不同的是,基節(jié)是沿著嚙合線的方向進(jìn)行測(cè)量,而齒距是在分度圓周節(jié)上進(jìn)行測(cè)量。齒形誤差能夠反映出壓力角的誤差。所以,就評(píng)斷齒輪傳動(dòng)的平穩(wěn)性而言,有些情況能夠用齒距偏差取代基節(jié)偏差,齒距偏差更多的是由于機(jī)床分度運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的短周期誤差引起的。
Tooth pitch deviation refers to the difference between the actual tooth pitch and the nominal tooth pitch on the indexing circle. Unlike the base pitch deviation, which is measured along the direction of the meshing line, the tooth pitch is measured on the circumferential pitch of the indexing circle. The tooth profile error can reflect the error of pressure angle. So, in terms of evaluating the smoothness of gear transmission, in some cases, pitch deviation can be used instead of base pitch deviation, which is more caused by the short cycle error of the indexing motion mechanism of the machine tool.
